the same with salt also ( High BP ).
all the above mentioned are due to excess consumption than required.

Items like jagggery which contain high sugar content helps to improve haemoglobin content . intake of salt less than required  leads to thyroid, BP to be down. ( in citical cases it can be fatal)
my suggestion is to have a medical consultation and then decide how much amount to consume.</description>
